Select and deploy salaried specialist expo staff for the Samsung and partner halls at the IFA (consumer electronics fair) in Berlin. In addition to providing advice about and demonstrating products, the task of the staff was also to obtain qualitative feedback from retail partners and specialist visitors.
Our DialogFeld IFA task force accompanied all measures on the spot and contributed considerably to the successful course of the fair. To accompany the trade fair activities, all VIP retail partners in Berlin and the surrounding area were visited by sales promoters in the framework of the sales-point journey. Samsung’s qualitative and quantitative trade fair targets were massively surpassed. The flanking measures paid in to a stringent and holistic perception on the part of end customers and generated measurable success.
